Located on the 49th floor of the five-star Nassima Royal Hotel, La Môme is a home-grown French restaurant and bar concept inspired by the nickname of iconic French singer Edit Piaf.
The culinary team is headed up by executive chef Johann Dudemaine.
With a focus on seasonal, fresh ingredients, entrées include fois gras on brioche and French escargot dressed with parsley butter, while full roasted pigeon, beef bourguignon and ‘The original steak tartar’ are some of the mains on offer. Desserts include Toblerone chocolate mousse and crème brûlée.
